Can damege Hyper 212+ my mobo?

I look for Hyper 212+ but im little afraid for his weight.
Can damege this cooler my mobo?

Any sugestion for another good cooler?

That is a very good HSF, and you shouldn't worry about it damaging your motherboard.

It's a great cooler but you gotta be careful sometimes with it on your mobo. One time my case hit it's side because I accidentally kicked it over, and it just broke my cpu and motherboard.

Kicking, throwing, and dropping computers will almost always damage something :lol: but that cooler will be fine on the mobo I wouldn't worry about the weight.

It is actually a reasonable weight cooler compared to some of the massive tower coolers and for its performance. I wouldn't worry about it breaking anything under normal circumstances.
