Hxviem Virus help.

Hi Guys! I have a big problem with this hxviem virus.
No idea how I got it but it kind of screwed up alot of files on my pc. I removed the virus.
Now I can't acces some of my folders because it changed the location of some of them.
I can't change it back because it won't allow me to go into the general settings of the folder...
Any ideas on how I might get premission back to these folders?
