1650X1050 Gaming Rig: Company of Heroes, DOW 2, Witcher etc

Basically I want to build something that will run games like company of heroes flawlessly on a 1650X1050 setting. MDo you think this rig is overkill? Or good enough?

Welcome to the forums;
Those items will work together well and should perform really well for the money spent.
I'd suggest changing out the single 4870X2 for two 4870s.

(*you can remove all the Retail - Model # - Item # - Return Policy - Rebate - Note & Update stuff to make a cleaner and easier to read list*)

One 4870 will be enough @ 1680*1050 and add another when frames start to get worse. all other looks nice
