hey, i am purchasing a monitor for my new computer, so i am trying to find a great buy, without unnecessary stuff with it, and doesn't have alot of color bleeding (about 350)

I want a 24" 1920 x 1200

Besides the fact the second one has a hdmi port, and is 3ms faster. What is the difference?
I Do not plan on using a hdmi port because i have a 46" 1080p tv i have stuff hooked up on. So HDMI is useless.
And 3ms is unnoticeable, isn't it?

So other than that, wouldn't it be better to go with the first one?

Any other suggestions of LCD monitors would be great too if it's reasonably priced.
Thanks for reading!
