Creative fatlity and mic

ok i got windows vista 64 bit and a creative labs x fi fatality pro sound card and my mic will not work any sugesstions I thik visa has it muted but cant figure out where

get the latest drivers

reload drivers

use a driver cleaner
load drivers

turn oc when you do the above

call creative!

agghhhhhh i got the samme issue i got fatality pro mkii and mic is not working

Same thing but with Win7 64bit. It was suggested to me to reinstall the OS but nothing happened.
