I recieve alot of e-mail from my office to my home computor. I can not open these e-mail! My office use Window XP, and I use the Vista Window. Could this be the problem I running into because the systems are different?

Yes, you may get better responses from the software section. But the OS shouldn't have any effect. If you are trying to send attachments, you need the same software loaded on each pc.
