G Skill PI Black or OCZ Reaper (1066)?

Hey, I was wondering which RAM you guys think I should go for,

OCZ Reaper HPC

or

G Skill PI Black
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231246

From what I see, they are pretty much the same, except for the G Skill has timings of 5-5-5-15 and the OCZ has 5-5-5-18.

But, the OCZ has a $25 mail-in rebate and comes with a free mouse pad (in the combo deals) as well as free shipping.

Should I just go with the OCZ because it's a lot cheaper after rebate and comes with a nice mousepad, or will the G Skill be a better option?

I would choose the OCZ with free shipping and rebate (although I've heard they are hard to get).

Alright, the extra mouse pad is never bad either, I've had good experiences with OCZ, although I have never tried their rebates.
