D:\ is not accessible parameter is incorrect

Hello,
It was working fine till i actually clicked on D:\ in explorer and I got the message "D:\ is not accessible. The parameter is incorrect."
Windows manager show this logical partition (200GB) of which it say 100% is free. But where is my data and why is D:\ not accessible any longer?!!!!

Someone, please help me...

Is it a 2nd partition of the main drive, or a separate backup drive?

Do you get the same thing in safe mode?
