final list ordering tonite or tomorrow

first off, thanks to everyone who gave help and advice in my other threads. Ordering tonite or tomorrow and just want to make sure i have made correct choices, allready ordered and recieved ''xigmatec s1283 and bracket, thermpaste,wd 640gb hd, nzxt tempest case. now a couple of ?s, the memory i have selected, is it compatable with the mobo i have chosen? i do plan to overclock should i stick with ddr800 or change to ddr1066, and wich cpu to choose, i currently have the q9550 in my list should i stick with that or get an e8500. obviously the price difference i do use fsx if i chose the e8500 and oc it would i get the same or close to the q9550 in performance, also sopposedly future games will start utilizing quad core cpu's should i stick with the quad and be KINDA future proof or go with the e8500 and put the xtra $130.00 towards something else in my build ''hummm'' thanks again to all the help and advice learned alot for my 1st build. also already have a 22'' monitor will be going with a 24'' soon.

You should not have any memory compatibility issues with low voltage RAM. I would expect both to work, but there might be a very slight chance the G.Skill would need an initial BIOS adjustment before it works right.
