Hi I am Just wondering whats maximum limit i could push my current system without bottlenecking

I have a AMD 6000 Dual core with 4gb budget kingston ram, on a abit kn9s, using a ati 2900xt, with a ocz 700w psu connected to a 32inch lcd tv and 17" lcd monitor and was wondering would a upgrade to a gtx 295 work as just got the idea if gonna upgrade might as well go for the best, if not any ideas what best options to go for within the gtx range

Any comments would be gladly received, as am new to using forums
