I was wondering if slightly/Signifigantly different timings can cause RAM to be less efficient.
I know that Identical timings are best, but last I checked the RAM I was intent on getting was out of stock.
I said Signifigant because all the timings on the GSKILL are lower.
I have 2GB A-Data DDR2 800 RAM, 5-5-5-18
And was looking at getting This GSKILL or SuperTalent RAM.
The GSKILL has all around lower timings.
The Supertalent has a slightly faster ( Lower is faster, if I'm right. ) tRAS timing.
I don't know that much about RAM, but I have skimmed the Sticky.
Also, I'm sure someone is going to question why I /need/ 6GB of RAM, And honestly, I don't.
But I'd like to be able to keep the same RAM for as long as I can and It would be nice to have a really high ceiling.
