I monitored voltage of my psu with speedfan and question is, is it fluctuating too much? I started to think about that because I have a problem while playing an really old quake 3 arena game. The problem is I cant get stable fps. My pc specs are: pentium 4 1 gb ram graphic card nvidia 6600gt maxtor 160gb Is it psu or some components are overheating.
