3beep sound no disply too

i bought new motherboard DG31PR instead of D945GCNL.I wouln't chnage the processor (SL8ZH malay) 2.66/2mb/533 .THe pc gives 3 times beep sound and nodisplay in monitor,while i press the power button on the pc. kindly clarify my doubte.
