Cloning pc with hdtv problem with 9500gt card

i have a problem setting up my new evge geforce 9500gt card so i clone it on my 32 inch hdtv

the old evga geforce7200gs card i had would clone the pc monitor and the hdtv just great both at 1024-768res on 720p or 1080i res on tv conneted to dvi to dvi to hdtv and vga to vga to the monitor watching movies etc from hdd to hdtv was great now when i put the new video card in

i try and set the same resolution like i had before the hdtv does not fill the screen 100%i it over fills it about 1-2 inch all round and i cannot see the taskbar and when i watch movies etc they do not fit the screen right and so does ie7 when i try and use the intrenet its like the screen gone over what it should have (eg i cannot see the x to close a window or the top part of the ie window box)and i cannot sort it out how ever i try and do other resolution on the hdtv and the monitor but it still the same

even when i use the hdtv as a single input and the main monitor (left the other monitor off the video card for testing purpose) the resolution is still the same like 1-2 inch blown up over the whole screen area

i just wanted a better video card for games but i use the hdtv clone part of the 2 monitors most of all for internet and movie, tv shows etc when in bed late at night but if i cannot sort this out i going to rma the card and use the old one agion its very irratating

i tried everthing to get it to come on the hdtv right but with no hope
