Hey guys, just wondering what would be the best memory testing program to use to check a small amount of overclocked memory. I'm not specifically overclocking the memory, its just the amount that is overclocked from doing the same to my CPU. I heard using the blend option in Prime95 is a good option, but are there any better ones?

I checked memtest out and apparently i cant use it if i don't have a floppy drive. Is that true? or am I just reading the procedures wrong.

You can also burn it to a CD or DVD. It's just that it works by booting at start up before windows so after you burn it, go into BIOS and set the boot sequence to check your CD/DVD drive before the hard drive.

What is your BIOS? Some BIOS have Memtest86+ included and it is a setting in the BIOS that you can select a key stroke at startup to make it run.
Check at the bottom of this screen shot of the BIOS for my Biostar Motherboard:

Or as you can see in the upper right I can select to also disable it or enable it to start automatically at startup. I have it set for keystroke F11
