Anything wrong with my RAM?

Just built my system 2 weeks ago:

CPU = Q6600
GPU = 4870 1gb
MOBO= Asus p5q-pro
PSU = Corsair 620hx
RAM = Corsair c4DHX 2x2gb

Unfortunately, CPU-Z gives me the following readings for my RAM:

As far as I'm concerned, Corsair C4DHX should have the clock latency of 4-4-4-12 , but why is it reading to be 5-5-5-18 ?

You just need to manually set the RAM timings and voltages in the BIOS. The default voltage for DDR2 RAM is 1.8v. Any RAM rated above that needs the timings and voltage manually set. The motherboard will only supply 1.8v to the RAM by default and will loosen the timings so the RAM is stable at 1.8v.

That's normal RAM behavior, just being cautious by starting out at CAS5 5,5,18.

i see. So do I increase the RAM voltage to 2.1v and manipulate the RAM latency to 4-4-4-12 ? Is there anything that needs to be changed too?

It looks like that RAM is rated for 4-4-4-12 timings at 2.1v, so yes, that's what you would set it to in the BIOS.
