Making a disk network in-accessible disk

Why i can't access my disk. notification, Network path not found!

Well i wasn't meaning that i can't access the network disk. But, my local disk can't be accessed and on click to open i recieve "Network Path not found !"
Do u have any solution to that. Coz i personally think there is a crosslink between the disk to a virtual invalid path to the Registry,Huh! Can u handle.
