That's one of the old GTX 260's. I'd swap out the GPU for a 4870 1GB and get the GA-EP45-UD3P to give you the option of adding another GPU in crossfire in the future.

SAPPHIRE 100259-1GL Radeon HD 4870 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFire Supported Video Card - Retail
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102801&Tpk=sapphire%204870%201gb $239.99 - $15 MIR

GIGABYTE GA-EP45-UD3P LGA 775 Intel P45 ATX Intel Motherboard - Retail
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128358&Tpk=ga-ep45-ud3p $136.99 - $20 MIR

If you stick with the GTX 260, you'll want the core 216 model.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&DEPA=0&Order=BESTMATCH&Description=evga+gtx+260+core+216&x=0&y=0

For $4 more you can have a faster drive with 140GB more capacity:

Do you think a 650watt power supply could do the trick? Suggestions pls. I'll probably go with the gtx 260 with 216 cores since i'm in favor of nvidia. How long do you think this might last me before i will have to upgrade the majority of my parts

just wondering

+1 to the items listed below:
* q6600
* Xigmatek s1283 w/retention bracket, should be able to OC well with this setup!
* gtx 260 216 core GPU, I'd get the 4870 if it were me, but since your going with nVidia the gtx 260 216 core is the way to go at that price range!
* Corsair 650tx or 750tx if you want to SLI or X-fire later, but the 650tx is a great buy. Even the Corsair 450vx or the 550vx will do too for your setup.
* Mushkin 4gb kit or get the G.Skill DDR2 800mHz CAS4 timings (4-4-4-12) w/stock voltage (1.8v) settings!!
* Gigabyte UD3P or even the UD3R mobo's
* WD 640 gb AAKS HD for $75 shipped!
* Antec 300 or Cooler Master 690 case for about $17 more

Yep sorry missed the 2 x 6pin PCI-e power connector requirement on the gtx 260. The gtx 260 can run on a 33A on the 12v rail PSU. Even the 400cx model (30A on the 12v rail) could run the gtx 260, but lacks the PCI-e power connectors to run the GPU correctly. The 8800gtx w/a e6600 OC'd was able to run on a 380w Antec (27A on the 12v rails) PSU!! Besides the gtx 260 runs around 136w and the 8800gtx runs at about 132w peak! That 4 watt difference isn't going to make much of a difference in the 2 GPU's. Now the q6600 is going to consume a bit more than a stock e6600, but an OC'd e6600 is probably going to be about the same as a stock q6600. My point is that you can run this setup with a 31A on the 12v rail PSU. I missed the 2 x 6 pin PCI-e power connector requirement, so I would've left the 450vx out of the picture, had I caught that. If you want to see the power consumptions of certain GPU's, please look at the link in my signature or click on the link here.
And here for the e6600 OC'd w/8800gtx on the Antec Earthwatts 380w PSU, if your curious about my statements.

But any comments on the the Graphics cards i linked? Do you think you can also link some PSUs that are compatible with my system and possibly cheaper than $100

Like I said before in my previous post: Corsair 550vx/650tx/750tx even the PCP&C 610w or Antec 550w, etc.

Yes 1 single 12v rail is good. Multiple ones are not necessially bad, but a single 12v rail is a good thing, so I mention it when it's applicable. The multiple 6 pin PCI-e power connectors are for any GPU that you might put into your system, so I mention this when quoting PSU's too. Some GPU's (9800 gtx for example) need 2 x 6 pin PCI-e power connectors, so this may/may not be an issue for certain people, so that is why I mention the connectors, when we don't know which way a build is going.

and i hope sales after christmas or during new years down the price more!

Look for the q6600/mobo combo's too. They usually show up on Newegg. Sometimes there are GPU/memory combo's too, so I'd double check all of the combo's at the time of purchase!
I'd still consider the WD AAKS HD over the Green one. It's just a bit faster and is like $5 more!!
$75 shipped!!
Western Digital Caviar SE16 WD6400AAKS 640GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive - OEM
The Raidmax case is $95 shipped ($70 + $25 shipping!) - $35 MIR = $60. I'd rather get the Antec 300 for $60 shipped than pay and wait for the $35 MIR!

The Antec Three Hundred Case has no $35MIR...
I doubt its $25 for shipping on the raidmax case considering my total shipping cost is 41 dollars.
Lastly, combos on Newegg are usually the costs added together no real discount usually

Well if you just put in the case by itself, it's $25 shipping, I just did it before I posted it. Now I know Newegg has been discounting shipping if you buy more than 1 thing that has shipping, so you might be getting a discount, but I'm not sure on this. I know that by having the case by itself you get a $25 shipping charge, try it.

The Antec Three Hundred Case has no $35MIR...
I wasn't referring to the Antec 300 case, if you read my post I was talking about the RAIDMAX case that you had listed.
