Low hardware ECC covered seagate

Hi I've just bought this new 1TB Drive on Thursday the 3rd of June 2010.

Here is my S.M.A.R.T Status, I'm I justified in demanding a new drive?

Seatools Reports Everything is OK. but this is a brand new drive how can it have values like that?

Running on Intel P35 Chipset
