According to Dell's website, your desktop has:

Up to 12GB 1066 MHz Tri-Channel DDR3 SDRAM - 3 DIMMs
Six (6) use-accessible DIMM connectors, Installed in three for Tri-Channel memory performance

The RAM you want to buy will fit, but is too powerful (its speed is 1866Mhz, way more than your PC's ram-speed of 1066Mhz). Considerthis instead.
