Trouble powering up

I tried to turn on comp and there was no power. Mobo throwing code 8.3?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Not all motherboards can throw code 8.3, but few people will search the Internet to figure out which ones do. You would definitely get more help if you listed what components you have (motherboard, PSU, memory, video card, type of keyboard, mouse, etc.)
