I'm probably going to stick with this computer for at least 2 years so I'm thinking ahead with the am2+ mb so I can use Phenom 2 later on. I could go with Intel if someone can show me a better build for the same price or less.

I guess I should add what I plan to play with this rig. Starcraft, Wc3, Counter-Strike, TF2, Left4Dead

I would go with this more modern processor or a black edition with an unlocked multiplier.
