i wanna install windows xp and boot from the bios not from the installed windows xp operating system.which button do you push at start up to get to the onetime boot option ,or maybe its the order of the boot option in the bios cd rom first? i dont know please help me

Depends on the PC. Just look for it during startup. Sometimes its F, F10., Esc. It really depends, so just look for it.
