Microsoft Visual C++ Library ( a pop up window)

Ever so often the above window will pop up. In it, it says;

Runtime Error

Program C:\Program Files\Microsoft IntelliPoint\point32.exe

abnormal program termination

If I'm in a game the game mouse feature quits, with any thing else there is
just the 'fault' bell and the window but the mouse seems to be working
fine.I've recently upgraded to IP5.
