Would this be an good upgrade for low cost?

Would the http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103300 be a good upgrade for the low cost? Is it worth it for the extra cache and higher Hyper Transport? or will I see no difference?

Not worth upgrading. The performance difference just won't be noticeable. Save and go for the Phenom II X3 720 if your motherboard supports it.

There will be a difference with some applications and games.. but not really worth it.
