Would this be an good upgrade for low cost?

I currently have http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103242

Would the http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103300 be a good upgrade for the low cost? Is it worth it for the extra cache and higher Hyper Transport? or will I see no difference?

More about would good upgrade cost
  1. Not worth upgrading. The performance difference just won't be noticeable. Save and go for the Phenom II X3 720 if your motherboard supports it.
  2. There will be a difference with some applications and games.. but not really worth it.
  3. its not worth it.
