I just picked up a second 4850 video card for crossfire. I had a few issues while playing games so I did some research and found that the first thing to try is to uninstall the drivers and then boot into safe mode so I can use driver cleaner pro to remove any left over files. Then do a fresh install of the video drivers.

So I uninstalled the ATI catalyst drivers, rebooted and tried to enter safe mode using the F8 key...didn't work. So I used MSConfig and selected safe mode and rebooted again.

Now it's continually restarting at the Gigabyte logo screen. It never gets past the logo and doesn't respond to key strokes for entering any of the menus.

Here's my specs...

Vista Ultimate 64
Gigabyte EX58-UD3R motherboard
I7 920
6G Mushkin triple channel mem
2 HIS IceQ4 turbo HD4850 video cards
PC Power and Cooling 750w power supply

I'd really appreciate some help...
