Which is the best heat sink out of these 2?

I've personally seen the Titan Fenrir dominating quite a few benchmarks, although it performs around the same as a TRUE, which in turn performs like the Thermaltake Frio. Either one is fine.

You probably wont see much of a difference between the two. I'd suggest getting a third-party fan for which ever you choose though.

Which fan would you suggest ?

Any of these are high-air-flow fans.. we're talking 75-110CFM.

I use quietpc for my fans because apart from very impressive service, all their products are known for their low-noise.

I've got a 110CFM fan in my case and it's about as loud as an antec tricool - impressive!
