Hi, I've been having a problem with the fans on my graphic cards running on high constantly. I've put in my old graphic card to see if maybe it's just something with the newer one but it goes on full blast with both graphic cards. I also tried my old power supply to see if it has something to do with the power supply but it makes no difference. Do you guys think it could be the motherboard?

if its nvidia then download "EVGA Precision" you can see and control fan speed.
you can use riva tuner but its a much complex software.
use ither of then see what speed you are registering.
