Hello,
How do I add an IE (small Icon)nex to the start menue?

To add the Quick Launch toolbar to the taskbar, right-click it, point to Toolbars, and select Quick Launch.

If the Quick Launch is already in there (you can see some items next to the Start menu), click the double arrows on the right of your last QL item, the IE icon should be in there, drag it to the taskbar and place it in there next to Start.

If the IE icon is not in there, drag an IE icon from the desktop in there or create the shortcut in the Windows Explorer first then drag it.
