First what do you think about the system configuration?
Should I wait for the GTX295 (~$499) or SLi now the system?
Case upgrade for SLi and future?
Any need for higher RPM (10k+) HDD?
Any thing? forgot? problem?

Whats your suggestions since its only for gaming? (no O/C)

Thanks for your help!

The build looks fine the way it is. You bought the EVGA GTX 280, so I'd just stick with it and use the EVGA step-up program to get the GTX 295 when it comes out if the performance justifies the price difference. If you wait for the next new thing to come out you'll never buy anything. :)

The Velociraptor's are nice, but not worth the price IMO. It does look like you've got a little room left in your budget, though. You could get a Velociraptor for the OS/software and use the bigger drive for storage, but I wouldn't classify it in the "need" category.
