Need HSF Advice for OC Phenom II 955

Hi, i overclocked my Phenom II 955 to 3.6ghz last night. The room temperature was around 74 Fahrenheit and the core temp got up to 62 Celsius while running Prime95 for an hour. I have the Scythe Katana 3 HSF and used Arctic Silver 5 paste.

I'd like to get the temp down and also increase the frequency a bit more. 3.8 or 4ghz would be ideal. Is there an air cooler for an AM3 socket that is easy to install (i don't want to take off the mobo) and will get my temp down to 55 Celsius?

Sorry, more info:

Prior to overclocking, the max core temp was 52 Celsius at 3.2 ghz. Under normal load, the core temp is around 40 Celsius.

as I took a X6 1090 to 4.27ghz on air cooling with temps idle @ 22C and load @ 52C on a Prolimatech Megahalems Rev B /w 2x 120mm Yate Loon Fans rated at 88CFM.
