Skype download

Hello,
My old Skype has disappeared,can't download a new one(telling that the system can't remove the ole one),and I have some credit on the old one.How can I download a new one in a way that I can save my crdit?

earlier it was possible just to download skype, now you need to log in on skype site before downloading

thought credit were save on to your profile not the program, not sure you should contact skype.
