All configurations are slightly different. Even the same exact components in 2 PCs might need different voltages for equal overclocks. The point is, you'll have to learn how to OC your PC. There's many guides and tutorials out there just search for your CPU and/or mobo, read everything you can. When you have an idea of how to make changes and how to test if it's ok or not, give it a shot. You learn a lot from doing.
