Pls help me out ..

i am getting some error when my laptop boots and comes on desktop
its SYSTEM HAS RECOVERED A SERIOUS ERROR,


C:\DOCUME~1\user~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\WERd84b.dir00\Mini031709-03.dmp
C:\DOCUME~1\user~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\WERd84b.dir00\sysdata.xml

We'd need to see what it says in sysdata.xml and mini031709-03.dmp.
The xml file should open in IE or FF, and the .dmp file will open fine in notepad.

well.. if i click on them.. some blue screen comes with something written on it for a second and computer reboots..

i tried sys. restore also .. but it didn't work.. i get error tht system cannot be restored...

Don't know what to suggest if I can't see what the files say.

I would suspect HDD and RAM first though

try seeing what's in event viewer straight after it crashes.

control panel|system|advanced system settings|advanced|startup and recovery settings
uncheck the automatic restart check box and apply.

The next time you get a BSOD it will stop so that you can write down the error message.
