As always, if I don't comment on it, I didn't see a problem with it at the time.

HDD: You might want to look for a newer drive. Don't get me wrong, I have that drive as my current OS drive, but there are newer and faster ones out there. This drive should be good for high 60s and low 70MBps, but newer drives would be even faster. Look for the 320GB AAKS drives from WD. These can hit the 80s.

PSU: I'm not a fan of ThermalTake PSUs, and you didn't include a link so I can't see the specs. Still, the best are usually from Corsair, PCP&C, SeaSonic and Antec. Look to these four.

GPU: The 9500GT? You realize this is a rebadged 8600GT right? If this is a gaming build, you'll want something else. Try to find an 8800 of some sort, or a 4670 or better. This will suit your gaming needs better.

TIM: Not familiar with this brand. Stick with Arctic silver or something like that. I also don't see an after market cooler. Either stick with the Retail sink and dump the TIM, or get the TIM and a good cooler. Don't just scrap off the OEM grease and apply some so so TIM.

A word of warning, I have that exact mouse and I'm not sure how much I like it. Its a bit small for my hands (and I have small hands...) and it clicks rather loudly. Its a fine mouse, and for the price is ok. I get the feeling that there are better out there however.
