Check out the reviews on NewEgg. You'll see some people praise the mobo, rant about some issues, etc. Personally though, I'd go for an ASUS. What will you use the motherboard for, and with what components?

Yes, it is a good board. I own one with an older E6400 in it, (oc'ed to 3.0) and its been stable as a rock, gets good 3dmark scores and is very compatible with ram and graphics cards (I used it as one of several ram and gpu test benches.
