I was just wondering, so many people have modded their cabinets with UV-LED case fans and though they have a much nicer glow than plain LED fans, isn't UV light supposed to be harmful? I was thinking of adding a couple of sides to the side panel of my CM-690 but not at the risk of any harmful side-effects. I have googled extensively but cant get any info on the same. Can anyone clarify the same?
These are the fans I plan on buying:

Ultraviolet rays in extremely high doses from sunlight can be harmful.

Ultraviolet rays in led's are at such a low dose the rays are insignificant.

It's not the same as those bikini babes sunbathing for days at a time.

If the UV rays are strong enough to make stuff glow, it's potentially damaging to stare directly at the UV lights or to have your skin right next to one. Exposure drops off as the square of the distance from the light, so it's not going to be a big issue for most.
