Hello, i have been running my current system....

CPU: E8400
MOB: ASUS P5K
GFX: 8800GTS
RAM: 4GB OCZ PLATINUM
PSU: COLORSIT 500W

for about 6 months and its never ran as good as i hoped/expected, anyway i realised my graphics card requires a psu with min 12v rating of 26a, and my psu only has 12v 20a, do you think this i wots causing my comp to stall/freeze?

thanks in advance.

Well it seems that getting a real psu and trying it would answer your question right?

Never heard of Colorsit before, let alone Colorsit power supplies.

If your PSU says it only has 20amp on the 12V, and your GPU requires 26A, you've definitely got a problem. You could easily find yourself having instability issues, overheating your PSU, and if it's trying to push 26amps through a 20amp ability, you could find meltdown/fire as a result.
