Which of these timings are better/which memory should I buy?

My current specs: Intel E6600 OC@ 3015MHz
FSB OC @ 1333 Mhz
RAM: Mushkin 996533, DDR2 800 4-5-4-11 OC @ 1000Mhz

So, I have 2gbs RAM total right now, and I'm trying to upgrade to 6GBs
Memory I have considered:

This memory has 4-4-4-12 timings, so I want to know which of the two timings is better and which I should set all the RAM to, assuming the RAM I buy can also be OCed to 1000MHz

Please recommend me other memory if you think I could buy better!

Thanks!

u will not notice any difference, both timings are fine. and why do u need more than 4 GB ? ddr2 is very expensive now, save your money for future upgrade.

ddr2 is expensive? I thought that ddr3 was new and flashy, and that ddr2 was now discount memory.

I need at least 2 more gigs to upgrade to windows 7, and i thought i might as well go for an extra 2...thoughts? I'd prefer not to wait until I need an entirely new computer.
