Here are my specs:
Coolermaster Elite 330 case
AMD Athlon64 2X 4600+
4Gig OCX DDR2 Reaper Dual Ch
BFG GeForce 8800GT OC 512MB
3 Hard Drives
Enermax Noise Taker 2 485W PS

No extra fans added, just the case stock fans...

Temps: Idle GPU: 71-73C
Idle CPU: 63-65C
Idle Local: 52-54C

This seems very hot to me, is it a simple case of need more fans? have to use rivatuner and put my GPU fan to 100% anytime i want to game at all... dont seem right.
Any suggestions? Thanks guys...

May definitely want to try not only more fans, but look at higher flow fans. I've got an Athlon 5200x2 with the windsor core, and it only runs in the 30's at idle usually. So I would check airflow. But before going to a lot of trouble, get some canned air, and take the side of the case off, blow out all the dust from the fans and cpu heatsink, anywhere dust might collect, pop it back together and see if that does not help the situation.
