As I said in the title, please rate this gaming rig and give any suggestions you have. This is only a work in progress. Also, if you have any tips on if I should consider overclocking or if I should go dual-core or quad-core I'd really appreciate it.

While the PSU is good, PC P&C is selling a 750W for the same price right now, and that is more likely to handle two of those 4870s in crossfire:

+1 to Proximon and the rest of your build.

I'd go dual core and OC higher.

Also consider Mushkin or G.Skill RAM.
