Viewing Desktop of other PC in the same workgroup

Hello,

We have a small network in our office. 10 Computers are in this network. All the computers are connected through router under the same workgroup. Router is also connected with a DSL modem. So, each PC is having internet. 5 computers are having Windows XP Pro SP2 and rest 5 computers are having Windows 7 (32 bit). In my room i have two computers, one is running on XP & the other is on Win 7. Is it possible to view (you can say spying/monitoring) one PC's screen into my computer without his knowledge, because i want to know what the user is doing (doing work or, playing games) in his PC.

There are some programs on the market that will do this, but it is illegal to spy on other people's PC's even if they are family. You need to tell them that they will be randomly monitored.
