Not so much. If you are getting a 4850, you should get one with non-reference cooling.
The Xion PSU listed does not fill me with confidence.

Why would you mix a nVidia chipset mobo with an ATI video card? That doesn't make much sense. I would only go with a nVidia chipset mobo if I were in love with a particular nVidia video card and wanted to SLI it. You've closed off a dual video card upgrade path here.
