Case: Dell Vostro 200 case(getting Antec 900 in a month)
Motherboard: Foxconn G33MO2
Processor: Intell core 2 duo E8400 3.0ghz
Memory: 4gb PNY
Power Supply: Rosewill 630watts
Monitor: Dell 22" 1680x1050
Cpu cooler: getting a XIGMATEK 120mm Rifle in a month.
Gpu: Asus Radeon HD 4890

Of the two boards the Gigabyte UD3P is better by a decent margin, although the Asus board is certainly good.

from what I can see your Dell Vostro is a micro-ATX case, and you will not fit either of those into it.
