Help amd phenom2 710 overclock

i just got my new motherboard a biostar ta790gx 128mb with my phenom 710 2.6ghz..i have corsair ddr 800 ram..and i cant seem to overclock my cpu over 3.2ghz it becoms unstable...i have psu ultra ls 600 600watt...everytime it loads the windows screen and just before the login screen the pc restarts..i have some setting that i dont understand and cant find anywer..they are atig reference clock and sb reference clock i dont know if i should mess with thoes but i dont have any acces to nb multi..please if anybody can help thanks..

Ive heard sometimes you need to bump the v on the ram a tad

oh yea..i did that ..put it at its rating which is 2.1v and up to 2.20 but no luck..when i try to lower the ht link to x7 it wont boot at all..
