Argosy setup problems

I recently purchased the Argosy H355T HDD Media Drive, and am having trouble with intial setup, I plug it into my USB port and my computer says it's installing hardware drivers, but that no drivers can be found so it stops working, and doesn't show the HDD as a device. I use Windows 7 as my OS. Any helpers?

Did the drive come with a drivers disk? You might want to install that first. Just a shot in the dark, since I don't use 7.
