Core i7 help please! core is spiking!

Hello, I just recentley just started having probs with my i7, I play some games online like counter strike and unreal tournament, and i have been getting some teleport lag, well i was watching my task manager when i get the spike in game.



well the core in box 1 spikes to 100% and i figured that is cuaseing my lag, is there anyway to fix this prob?


anyone maybe know of a solution??

What kind of case are you using and does it have sufficient air flow?

Yes antec 900, it the cpu is running at 25c in game just it spikes, and i teleport back, it wasnt doing this b4 and now it is, is there a way to stop teh spikes on the 1st core ?
