Need bottom mount PSU for 50€

I think these are the best available PSUs.
Are they any good (=long cables) for bottom mount in full tower (60x60x30cm) case?

Cables on the NAXN 450W ENP450AGT, according to Enermax.co.uk:
20+4pin 50cm, CPU 4+4pin 60cm, 1x 6pin, 1x 6+2pin PCIe 50cm. Peripheral and SATA cable lengths not stated, maybe it will say somewhere else, such as in one of the PDFs or the Enermax.com website or the Ecomaster website.

I haven't seen the cables lengths for the Antec HCG-400M stated anywhere yet, but if they are the same as all the other members of the HCG (non-modular and modular series) they will be:
20+4pin 55cm, CPU 4+4pin 60cm, 1x 6pin PCIe 55cm. Peripheral and SATA 55cm(+15cm).

According to the Thermaltake website the cables on the TR2 RX 450W are as follows:
24pin 50cm, CPU 4+4pin 50cm 1x 6pin, 1x 6+2pin 50cm. Peripheral & SATA 50cm(+15cm)

In terms of performance and quality the Antec HCG-400M is the best out of those lot so I would suggest that unit in any case. (Assuming that it is appropriate to your build).
