Hi,
I'm building a new computer and can't decide which video card to buy. I have these in mind:

Some people complain about heat in 9600 GT, I don't know which one to buy. My budget is maximum $120 you can come up with a different model.

Thanks.

ok, how can we decide whether it is suitable for the motherboard or not, I mean where do we look? Thank you very much for the responds by the way.

Well it has a PCI-express slot, that's all that really matters.

The card is PCIE2.0 X16 and your board says under Expansion slots that it has a PCIE X16 slot.
Now the motherboard slot is a 1.0 or 1.1 X16 slot and the card is 2.0 but the two are perfectly compatable, while a 2.0 X16 slot in theory can carry twice the information that a X16 1.0/1.1 slot can it dosent mean the performance will suffer. The reason being the full bandwidth (which is the amount of info it can shift) isnt fully used on the 1.0/1.1 slot yet and the main advantage of th e2.0 standard is that it allows for twice the power to b efeed to the card through the slot.
