Problem with my cpuz and modo setting

helo i recently jusy buy another comp. rig,,, the AMD phenom ii 925,mobo asus amd 890/usb 3,ram ddr3 hyper x 1600,ati crossfire hd 5850,psu coolermaster 1000w....the problem is i set in bios the core clock 1.45v and what happend in cpu z the core clock 3.377v, and i just oc 3.4ghz....in new in ati platform...so can everyone help me with this problem...and when i saw in ati overide the coreclock juast the same in mobo bios.....

Well, could you please explain a bit more clearly? I suppose you mean core voltage is set at 1.45V, and in CPU-Z it says 3.377GHz clock speed?

yes that i meat it......confusing with cpu z...one thing can u guve me guideline to me to oc to 3.7ghz

Well sorry, I wouldn't know how to - I've never overclocked an AMD CPU before, not my fault, I blame that on my locked socket 754 mobo.

Just keep the voltage below 1.5V which is the absolute safe maximum, and temperatures below 55°C during Prime 95 testing (full load 100%).

BY THE WAY thank u,but the amd mobo a lot different than my intel gigabyte im confuse how to overclok it......
